Behind every anxious female is the desire to make others happy. It is in our own fear of setting boundaries and standing up for our own needs that we find ourselves in confusion and overwhelm.
We end up in a continuous cycle of pleasing others, overextending ourselves and playing pretend in our day to day lives.
Only to find ourselves, tired, resentful neglected and burnt out.
It is at this very moment that we have a choice. We can learn to overcome our anxious thinking and work with our own mind, OR we can continue the same patterns and remain stuck.
